Jhansi: Two 15-year-old boys have been booked on Wednesday for allegedly sodomising a 9- year-old boy in an area falling under Nawabad police station.As per the father of the victim who had lodged the complaint, the incident took place on Saturday. While they were busy in a family marriage function, the accused lured the boy who studies in grade I to an under-construction house where one of the accused sodomised the victim while the other one filmed the incident.They left the place while threatening the victim not to disclose the matter to anyone. On Monday, a neighbour approached the father of the victim and revealed that he saw the video of sodomy while one of the accused was showing it to another boy.The father approached the police on Wednesday and lodged a report. SO Nawabad police station Ravi Srivastava said that a case has been lodged against both the minors under section 70 (2), 351 (3) BNS, section 5m/6 the Pocso Act and section 67B of the IT act. “We are investigating the matter and will take further action”.
